This package offers an annual contract, which includes:
- One visit per week to your home
- A detailed report for each visit
- 24/7 availability in case of emergency
- Overseeing the complete maintenance of your home (additional cost)
SnowBird Package
Are you leaving the area for a lengthy period of time and looking for someone trustworthy to oversee the checks and maintenance during your absence? Our Snowbird Package, designed for extended absences, will suit you perfectly!
This package offers a 6-month contract (spring/summer or fall/winter), which includes:
- One visit per week to your home
- 24/7 availability in case of emergency
- Management of necessary interventions (additional cost)
Minimalist Package
Do you have a project you want to complete or damage to your home, but no time to deal with it? We take care of supplier management, service calls, repair follow-up, etc. Our Minimalist Package has been designed to support you in this type of situation.
This package offers an annual contract, at a monthly cost of $100, plus management and administration fees (depending on the mandate). Our Minimalist Package includes:

- Maintenance worker.

- Weekly visits to your residence, including a complete interior/exterior verification, as well as a personalized report after each visit.

- Management of seasonal maintenance: snow removal, lawns, landscaping, etc.
